Teague Middle School Summer STEAM Camp (6th, 7th & 8th Grade Students)
General Information for STEAM Summer Camps
- Dates: June 1–11 (No Fridays) from 9am-2pm and (Breakfast and Lunch available to students through Summer Break Spot Program).
- Space is limited 30 Participants for EACH camp (Register Soon).
- Transportation Information/Availability released soon by the district
- Registration: FREE (Registration Deadline May 15th)

Incoming 6th Grade STEAM Summer Camp Details

- At Teague Middle 6th Grade Summer STEAM Camp, students will do the following and so much more:
- Explore real-world STEAM career pathways using Xello!
- Dive into coding fundamentals and Computer Science Discoveries!
- Learn the basics of graphic design and creative photography!
- Engage in fun, project-based STEAM activities and so much more!
- This is the perfect opportunity for incoming 6th grade students to build skills, spark creativity, and discover future passions in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.

7th & 8th Grade STEAM Summer Camp Details
- Register "now" for Teague Middle School 7th & 8th Grade Summer STEAM Camp! Get ready for an exciting summer filled with creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning!
- At Teague Middle Summer STEAM Camp, students will do the following and so much more:
- Introducing the students to 3D design and the design process
- Students will be able to use TinkerCAD and 3D printers. Students will sketch, calculate, measure and design, prototypes, and print real-world solutions while applying all components of STEAM.
- Students will design and create multiple 3D models and understand and apply the engineering design process while also showcasing and explaining their work.
- Students will examine STEAM area careers that include Agriculture, Architecture, Audio Visual Technology, Finance, Energy, Health Sciences, Information Technology, and Education
- The SCPS Physics Bus activities and I-Ready activities
