Latinos in Action (LIA) is a educational program dedicated to narrowing the graduation and opportunity gap for Latino youth. Latinos In Actions groups are found in middle schools, junior highs, and high schools across several states. Latinos In Action focuses on empowering students to become college-and-career-ready leaders who actively strengthen their communities. Teague students work tirelessly during Hispanic Heritage Month and put on a showcase at the end of the school year. These events show students cultures and traditions from their families and history.
Pillars of Latinos in Action
The program's structured curriculum is built upon four foundational pillars:

- Excelling in Education: Meeting high academic standards, maintaining a solid GPA in school.
- Serving the Community: Participating in mandatory service projects, including literacy and participating in school activities.
- Developing Leadership Skills: Undertaking classroom committee roles, public speaking, and managing real-world initiatives to build career professionalism
