Teague Guidance Department

School counselors help students develop their strengths by teaching academic, personal/social, and career exploration/development skills. This is accomplished through direct services to students and through consultations with teachers, parents and administrators.

Teague Middle School

Registration Information

In January students will begin to register for classes for the 2026-27 school year. Students at Teague will receive registration forms at school and meet with a counselor to help them make their class choices. Students who are in 5^th grade at the Elementary Schools will receive a visit from a Teague Guidance Counselor to help them with the process for course registration.

Parents and students please remember that class choices are based on student results for the FAST Progress Monitoring Three assessment that is taken in May of 2026. This assessment helps determine placement in classes based on ELA, Math, and EOC scores that are taken in school.
