Suggested Strategies for Parents/Guardians:
  1. Identify a learning/work location in the home.
  2. Identify a consistent learning/work schedule for each child. At school, we use a bell schedule. At home, a timer could be used. Please note, it might not be possible for your child to do each course each day, especially, if one computer is shared by several children.
  3. Schedule time for each child to discuss what work was accomplished for the day. Please note, it might not be possible for your child to do each course each day, especially if one computer is shared by several children.
  4. Monitor Skyward, weekly, to assure work is being completed.
  5. Take time to breathe. This is a new process for all of us and we at Teague are here to support you and your child.
