Teague Families,
Just a friendly reminder to submit your attendance notes for all
student absences. If your student has a medical appointment, you are
encouraged to ask for a note from the medical facility to provide to
Teague. There are 2 ways to turn in an excused absence note:
1. Student may bring the note to school and drop off in the clinic.
**Please include student’s full name (First and Last), student grade level and date of absence.

Here is an example of a 5 day unexcused letter you may
receive from if you accumulate 5 unexcused absences. The example letter
also includes reasons for excused absences, the fact that a school can
only accept up to 10 days of notes from a parent/guardian, and a template that
can be printed and used for an excuse note. The letter is provided in
both English and Spanish. Please help your student’s academic success by
supporting strong attendance at school.
