Picking up and Dropping off Students

The picking up and dropping off of students before and after school must occur at the Parent Pick Up area to the rear of the school. Students are not to be picked up or dropped off at the front bus ramp while buses may be using the ramp. These times include 8:35 to 9:15 AM each day and 3:15 to 4:10 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and on Wednesday from 2:15 to 3:00 PM. Parents may pick up students on the front bus ramp after 3:15 on Wednesdays, and after 4:10 on the other days.

The Pick Up and Drop Off area is clearly marked with a yellow line. Parents are asked to pull their cars all the way forward on the ramp so that as many cars as possible can be accommodated on the ramp. Students can not be picked up or dropped off in any area other than the indicated area on the ramp.

Students cannot be checked out for early dismissal after 3:30 p.m. - 2:30 on Wednesday.

Local residents have addressed concerns regarding the dropping off and picking up of students on private property. Parents who pull into the entrances of subdivisions or who block local traffic will be subject to ticketing by our Resource Officer and local law enforcement officials.
